We are a dropshipping store — meaning products are sourced from third-party suppliers and shipped directly to you on our behalf. We remain fully responsible for your shopping experience from order to delivery.

However as a dropshipping store some product content is provided by our supplier partners and may occasionally differ slightly from the physical item received.

We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors. If a pricing error affects your order we will contact you before processing and offer the option to pay the correct price or receive a full refund.

When you place an order you will receive a confirmation email. Please note this is an acknowledgement of your order and not a guarantee of fulfilment. In rare cases a product may become unavailable with our supplier after your order is placed — if this happens we will contact you promptly and offer a full refund or suitable alternative.

Orders are fulfilled and shipped directly by our supplier partners. Processing typically takes 2–5 business days. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full delivery timeframes.

6. Free worldwide shipping

Mini World Kids offers free worldwide shipping on every order with no minimum spend. Shipping costs are fully covered by us regardless of your destination. Please note that international orders may still be subject to customs fees or import duties imposed by your country — these remain the responsibility of the customer. 7. Returns and refunds

Our Refund Policy forms part of these Terms. In summary:

• Unworn and unwashed clothing with tags attached may be returned within 30 days of delivery

• Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery with supporting photos

• Opened toys and accessories cannot be returned unless they are faulty or incorrectly supplied

• Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of approval to the original payment method

• Return shipping costs for sizing or preference returns are the customer's responsibility

• Return shipping for damaged, faulty, or incorrect items is covered by Mini World Kids

All products sold at Mini World Kids are intended to meet UK and EU safety standards for babies and toddlers. However please always:

• Check age recommendations carefully before purchasing toys and accessories

• Keep small accessories, buttons, and decorative elements away from children under 3 years unless the product is specifically designed for that age group

• Discontinue use of any product that appears damaged, torn, or structurally compromised
